The CEI Environmental Law Course is intended for municipal officials, small business owners/employees, environmental engineers, attorneys and staff, architects, realtors, contractors/builders, environmental compliance managers, technical consultants, governmental employees, industry representatives, students, environmentalists, and interested citizens who wish to learn about this important aspect of our efforts to protect the community and environment. It will provide a general overview of environmental law including:
- the history and philosophy behind current environmental law
- recent developments in environmental law at the local, state and federal levels
- major problem areas the latest trends and possible future directions
